No. A credit card is required to hold the appointment, but there are no charges until after your appointment has been completed. We offer free cancellation, up to 24 hours before the appointment.

Please call our office at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. We’ll work with you to help you find another date that fits your schedule. There is a $35 fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

We offer many different treatment options depending on your budget and needs, so we discuss each of these. And we never pressure any clients to move forward with any treatments. This depends on how much time the requested treatment requires. If you are pretty certain you will move forward with a treatment, we suggest you book a consult and the treatment in the same appointment to ensure the provider has time.

This depends on which treatment you receive. Some treatments (like wrinkle relaxers) have no downtime. Others require a day or two, and others a week. We will never provide a treatment without first discussing the expected downtime.
